After years navigating the healthcare system with unexplained symptoms, I finally got a diagnosis—and a front-row seat to how broken healthcare messaging is. That insight is at the core of my work: helping brands build the clarity, cohesion, and credibility their users need.

With a master’s in journalism from Medill and a decade of writing for health tech startups and healthcare brands, I now partner with companies as a fractional brand and content director.
